In order to figure out current viewpoints, I used 3 different research methods: App Store Reviews, User Surveys, and User

Interviews. My goal was to start broad, and narrow my focus based on the results of the previous research method. Starting

What is causing students to have such a negative view on the app?

The surveys focused on how satisfied/dissatisfied users were with the apps features, looks, and ease of use. Since the

navigational & informative issues seemed to cause the other two areas of frustration, understanding the issues with the apps

overall features could help understand the dissatisfaction over time & missed expectations.
